Joseph Jr. graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and joined the family business, Jademar Corporation, in 1976. Taking the reins alongside his brother Gary in 1985, he oversees finance, human resources, and administration. Renowned for his business acumen, Joseph has adeptly navigated fluctuating Latin American markets and transitioned Jademar's core products to LED technology. His visionary leadership has fortified Jademar's success by streamlining imports through the Foreign Trade Zone and shifting production to Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia for competitive pricing.

Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University and joined Jademar in 1980. As Executive Vice President, he collaborates with the sales team domestically and internationally. With over 40 years of experience, he has built strong relationships with second and third-generation companies worldwide. Gary also oversees business development and works with the production team to manage order scheduling. His dedication to nurturing business partnerships has been pivotal in Jademar's growth.

Erica graduated from Florida State University in 2011 and joined the family business in 2014, focusing on the domestic market. She travels annually to source products, enhancing her expertise to meet client needs. Erica is dedicated to fostering business relationships and takes great pride in contributing to her family's legacy at Jademar. Her proactive approach helps to drive growth and innovation within the company.

Matt graduated from the London School of International Business with a Bachelor of Arts and has 18 years of experience in the LED lighting industry. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, skillfully balancing complex client requirements to deliver optimal lighting solutions. As Vice President of Sales in North America, Matt is committed to building lasting client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. Recently certified as a Certified Lighting Controls Professional (CLCP), he continues enhancing his field expertise.

Randy began his career as an import manager for Levi Strauss and joined Jademar in 1995, quickly mastering the company's import and order entry procedures. Promoted to vice president of international sales in 2007, he successfully doubled Caribbean business sales. Randy's expertise in lighting design makes him the principal designer for International Sales, utilizing AGI-32 software. His leadership and passion for customer service have been instrumental in Jademar's international expansion.

Angélica graduated from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala with a Public Accounting and Auditing degree. Since joining Jademar in 2016, she has leveraged her extensive experience in finance and customer relations as the Sales Representative for Central America. Angélica values her role in the International Sales Team and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Her dedication has earned her respect within the industry, and she aims to position Jademar as the leading supplier in her markets.

Maray earned her Graphic Design degree from Penn Foster and has been with Jademar for over 28 years. Starting as a temp at just 18, she has developed her skills across various departments, culminating in her current role as Vice President of Marketing. Her creativity and organizational abilities have made her a cornerstone of the company. Maray's diverse experience enables her to excel in marketing and sales strategies.

Thalia graduated from MDC in 2019 with an Associate of Science Degree in Graphic Design and joined Jademar in 2018. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, she has become essential to the marketing team, enhancing Jademar’s social media presence and client communications. Thalia's creativity and initiative contribute significantly to the company's growth and outreach efforts. She continues to support the V.P. of Marketing in delivering effective marketing tools for success.

Stas holds degrees in economics, management, graphic design, and web development and has brought over 14 years of experience to Jademar since joining in 2020. His multifaceted skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving ensure the company’s website operates smoothly. Stas is passionate about continuous learning and improving his skills for Jademar's benefit. His dedication remains unwavering, even amidst challenges, such as the current situation in Ukraine.

Raymund Zamora specializes in Marketing Support, combining a background in electro-mechanical technology with expertise in CAD/CAM programming and graphic design. Skilled in tools like Photoshop and Canva, he creates impactful mockups, posters, brochures, and social media content. Outside of work, Raymund enjoys playing electric guitar and serves as the head musician at his church, blending creativity and technical know-how in all he does.

David is an NCQLP-certified lighting professional with over 35 years of experience in entertainment and architectural lighting. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a Self-Structured BA in Film Studies, Video Production, and Creative Writing. After pioneering color-changing LED lighting for entertainment, he joined Jademar in 2019, focusing on design and product integration. David’s extensive knowledge enables him to deliver innovative solutions across various applications.

Tania holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has dedicated 12 years to the lighting industry despite multiple offers to return to engineering. She specializes in designing lighting for various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential spaces. Her lighting certifications and training in AGI32 and IES recommendations further enhance her expertise. Tania's creativity and technical skills make her a valuable asset to Jademar.

Jeanette graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor's in business administration and has over 23 years of experience in the accounting industry. She joined Jademar in 2010 and quickly became an integral part of the team. As a Certified Fraud Examiner since 2019, she enhances Jademar's financial integrity. Jeanette’s expertise in finance and commitment to excellence are invaluable to the company's success.

Magda Rendon is a dedicated professional in Jademar Lighting's Accounting Department, recognized for her precision and commitment to financial accuracy. She specializes in managing financial records, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with various teams to provide critical insights that guide the company’s financial strategies. Magda’s focus on effective communication and teamwork ensures a strong foundation for the organization’s financial operations.

Michelle graduated from Broward Community College after graduating high school in 2000 and joining Jademar in 2005. Known for her attention to detail, she provides excellent service and communicates powerfully with customers and the sales team. Michelle’s pride in her work has earned her appreciation from clients and colleagues. Her reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction make her a key player in the company.

Rosy joined Jademar's customer service team in 2014 and has become an invaluable asset with her bilingual skills. She meets customer expectations by working closely with the VP of International Sales and the Central America Sales Representative. Her extensive customer service experience and multitasking abilities contribute significantly to Jademar’s operations. Rosy's dedication and leadership help foster a positive client experience.

Janette Barandiaran brings 27 years of experience in customer service and logistics to Jademar Lighting, including 11 years in the garment industry at Perry Ellis. With a background in Audio and Musicology studies in Cuba, she excels in communication, time management, and attention to detail. Jan is a dedicated professional ensuring exceptional support for Jademar’s customers and operations.

Melanie graduated from the University of the City of Valenzuela with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. With experience in customer service, bookkeeping, and record management, she joined Jademar in 2022. Melanie works in the order entry department, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure timely communication and service. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence contribute to Jademar's success.

Megan graduated from the University of Northern Philippines with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. With nine years of experience in shared services, particularly in HR and payroll, she joined Jademar in 2022. Megan’s report delivery skills and payroll processing support the company’s operational efficiency. We are thrilled to have her as a valued team member.

Pauline Sanchez brings a diverse background in sales, billing, accounting, and finance to her role at Jademar Lighting. Her career journey spans from a billing and payroll assistant to specialized roles like financial advisor, showcasing her adaptability and customer focus. A graduate of the University of Rizal System, Pauline finds joy in spending quality time with her daughter and engaging in creative activities for her.

Mary Grace is an accomplished logistics professional who focuses on inventory management and efficient warehouse operations. Since joining Jademar in 2023, she has streamlined SAP processes and excelled in managing purchase orders and deliveries. Outside work, she enjoys reading fiction, hiking, and savoring milk tea and iced coffee. Her commitment to precision and diverse interests make her a well-rounded addition to the team.

Glory joined Jademar Lighting in May 2025, playing a key role in quoting prices, checking specifications, and clarifying all details. She enjoys collaborating with the team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders. Since joining, she’s developed a keen eye for how small changes affect pricing and lead times, enhancing her attention to details. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing at the beach with her family, visiting gym, and spreading joy with her humor.

Bruno brings passion and dedication to the production team, making a positive impact. His commitment to excellence and teamwork is already evident, and we're excited to see him grow in his role. Bruno’s contributions will help drive success for the entire team.

Orlando supports Jademar’s production team by assembling, customizing, and organizing fixtures and inventory. He values teamwork and camaraderie and has gained valuable insights into the lighting manufacturing process since joining. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring nature, trying new foods and cultures, and cooking and baking.

Gray joined Jademar in May 2020 and is responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a safe environment. His lighthearted approach to work includes playful interactions, such as playing fetch with his mom, Erica, and swimming with his grandpa, Joe.

Nala is the newest (and furriest) member of the Jademar family. Partnering with our Security Manager, Gray deMartino, she helps welcome visitors, keeps an eye out for snacks, and spreads joy throughout the office. With her wagging tail and playful energy, Nala brings smiles to everyone she meets. Be sure to say hello when you see her on patrol!
